We are celebrating Earth Day (on the 22nd April 2023) with our colleagues and customers. Earth Day is an event very close to our hearts, and saving and enhancing our planet is very important to us! Currently, our main initiative is working on enhancing the use of recycled content in our products, and this is now being shown on the website and in the technical datasheets. For all products containing recycled content (e.g. Fatigue-Lock), we have added a column showing the percentage of this – you will be surprised how many of our mats contain large amounts of recycled content! And it gets better – we are continuing to work on solutions and investing in new processes to recycle more materials and include them in our products.
Outside our day-to-day work, we have also planted trees in the National Arboretum and local forests with our colleagues at COBAflooring.
And it’s not just our products and environment that we are improving – our cardboard and plastic packaging is now 100% recyclable.
